​Property Manager.

A weekender?  Well there is no doubt that you will need some help arranging tasks to be completed. I am another set of eyes and am present to ensure that the work gets completed. Arranging deliveries, contractors, cleaning people, and lawn and snow care people.

I have the ability to communicate very effectively to YOU the property owner.  Emails, phone calls, texts, are what it takes to make your estate run smoothly and keeps you in the know  if you are a weekender.

Every property needs a Weekly Check In.

A check-in is a walk through and around your entire property.  Checking for rodent entry, leaks, and taking note that the Heating and AC units are working properly, and monitoring house fuel levels in winter and summer months pool heaters can run off propane) A flush of the commode and running of hot water in cold months.  Other items that could be included into your check-in  are...

Every visit gets a recap email to give the client instant piece of mind.  
A Check- In rate is subject to property size and specific tasks discussed in your complimentary introduction, site visit and proposal.  Depending on your property size and needs rates may be bundled into a monthly service fee.
